I downloaded the partypoker NJ poker software, but now I can't find it. Where is it?

Just go to Start >>Find >>File or Folders and type in partypoker NJ poker in the “Named:” box. Once you've found the exe file, double-click the file, and you're up and running. You can also create a shortcut for this file on your desktop.
